We know that most of the time clubs include up to 10, 15...30 teams or more. So, in order to be totally organized, make sure to follow these steps when setting up your club on Heja.

Step 1.
Example: Team A, Team B, Team C and Team D are all part of Club E. Each team within the club should have their own team on Heja. Only invite the appropriate coaches, players, parents and managers just as you would if you only had one team. Here's how to add a team.

Step 2.
Once you've set up all your teams, make sure to create another one for the Club. Example: Club E. In this team, invite all of the members in the club. Club E then includes all members of Team A, B, C and D. 

Step 3.
​Once you're set up, you can use "Club E" to share club announcements or club activities to everyone.
