Heja is partnered with both NCSA and Athlete To Athlete. When joining a team in Heja in the USA, players in certain sports (sports that are not: Rugby, Cricket, GAA, Netball or Other) have the option to join one or both of these partner programs.
Who sees this partnership?
Players between 11-18 will have the option to signup for Athlete to Athlete. Players who are 16+ will also have the option to signup for NCSA. Parents can signup on behalf of their children. When joining a team on Heja players in these age groups will see the partnership page, along with their parents.
It is not visible for people creating a team, or those signing up as coaches.
How it works
If you choose to sign up for either partner, your name, contact details, preferred sport and graduation year are shared so their teams can reach out and support you. This is your recruiting profile. You can learn more about their processes on their websites which are linked at the bottom of this article.
More about NCSA and Athlete to Athlete
NCSA Turn your sports goals into college opportunities with help from recruiting experts.
Athlete To Athlete connects young athletes with current college athletes in their sport for 1-on-1 online mentorship. Mentors help boost confidence, provide relatable role models, and offer personalized film review, drills, and nutrition advice.
Important: Participation in either program is completely optional, and you can skip this step. Only you as a player or your parent can signup on your behalf. Players cannot signup without submitting parental contact information alongside their own.
