Welcome to Heja! If your club is planning to use Heja Pro or Pro Max across multiple teams, we recommend setting up all your teams first before subscribing. You can also complete steps 1, 2, and 4 using Heja Free before deciding to upgrade.
1. Create your teams first
Each team should first be created on Heja Free. If you don't have Heja yet, start by downloading the app and choosing "create team."
Tip: we recommend using the email that you want to subscribe to Pro with when you create your team. This makes linking the subscription easy
To create a team:
Open the Heja app
Go to the Team tab
Tap the team name at the top
Select Create team
Follow the setup steps
The person creating the team automatically becomes an admin.
You can find more detailed setup instructions here for adding all additional teams on the app. You can have unlimited teams.
2. Invite members and admins
Once teams are created, invite players, parents, coaches, and managers using the team code or invite link.
After your teams are connected to Pro, you can add all additional admins needed.
3. Subscribe to Pro or Pro Max
Once your teams are ready, they can be attached to a Pro or Pro Max subscription.
Pricing is based on the number of teams in your club. We offer multi-team pricing options. Reach out to us at [email protected] with the number of teams you need included, and we can help with the best setup and pricing. Note that the email you want to use for your subscription must be connected to an account in Heja.
4. Set up Club Connect
Club Connect allows you to create shared communication spaces across teams, including:
Club-wide announcements
Shared coach/admin chats
You can have multiple Club Connects if needed, for example:
One for staff teams
One for competition teams
Please note that Club Connect is primarily for shared messaging and announcements. Teams remain managed individually. We need to enable Club Connect for you, and will offer to do so when you reach out for a quote. You can also request it directly at [email protected]
