How to use Club Connect for different sections of your club

Create separate Club Connects for specific divisions or sections of your club.

Can I Create Multiple Club Connects?

Yes! Some clubs choose to create multiple Club Connects to make communication more targeted and relevant.

For example, a club might set up:

  • One Club Connect for the entire club

  • One for junior teams only

  • One for senior teams only

  • Separate Club Connects for different sports, age groups, or divisions

This can help ensure that announcements and updates reach the right audience without sending messages to everyone in the club.

How to Set Up Club Connect

Before you can create a Club Connect, our support team needs to activate the feature for your club. Just get in touch with us and we'll be happy to enable it.

Once activated:

  1. Open the Team tab and go to Settings.

  2. Scroll down to Connections.

  3. Tap Connect as a club.

  4. Enter a name for your Club Connect.

  5. Select the teams you want to include.

  6. Save your changes.

That's it! You'll now have a dedicated space to communicate with all teams included in that Club Connect. In the Messages tab, you'll see separate chats for Club Announcements and Club Coaches & Admins.

Want to Create Another Club Connect?

Simply repeat the same steps and select a different group of teams. You can create multiple Club Connects to support the way your club is organised.
