After upgrading to Heja Pro, you'll need to add the teams you want covered by your subscription.
Before you begin, make sure the teams have already been created in Heja. You do not need to be a member, coach, or admin of a team to add it to your subscription, but you will need the team's unique Heja team code.
Adding Teams to Your Subscription
Log in to your subscription management page.
Add your teams to the subscription from the list
Add any teams that you are not part of by entering their code
Once added, those teams will be covered by your Pro subscription.
Switching Pro Between Teams and Removing Pro
You can change which teams are covered by your subscription at any time.
If you want to move a Pro license from one team to another:
Log in to your subscription management page.
Remove the team you no longer want covered by your subscription.
Add the new team's code.
Save your changes.
The Pro benefits will be removed from the old team and applied to the newly added team.
Removing/Adding Team Seats
Scroll to the add more team seats button in the management platform, which is listed underneath All teams on the first page. Here you will be prompted to Update Plan, and then you can adjust the quantity on your current plan.To reduce the number of teams, adjust the team count to match your needs. You will only be billed for the time any additional teams are actively used. If you adjust the amount to less, you will receive a credit on your next renewal.

Do I need to be a member of a team to add it to my subscription?
No. You only need the team's Heja team code.
Can I add a team that hasn't been created yet?
No. Teams must already exist in Heja before they can be added to a subscription.
Where can I find a team's code?
A team admin can find the team code in the team's settings. The code is displayed at the bottom of the Members tab.
