Updating your new phone and/or number:

  1. Start in the Team tab

  2. Click your personal profile at the top left of your screen

  3. Add your new phone number 

Note: if you do not add your new contact information before you make the switch, you will temporarily lose access to this account and a duplicate account will be created. Please reach out to us at Heja at [email protected] and we'll help you fix it. :)
