Troubleshooting Steps for Pro Users

If you're a Pro user but cannot see your teams on the desktop version, consider the following steps:

  1. Ensure proper desktop access by logging into Heja and selecting "Desktop" in the top-right corner.

  2. Confirm that you are subscribed to the Pro plan. If subscribed previously on an older platform, update to the newer subscription platform.

  3. Log out and log back in after any subscription changes to refresh your account settings.
