Troubleshooting Steps for Pro Users
If you're a Pro user but cannot see your teams on the desktop version, consider the following steps:
Ensure proper desktop access by logging into Heja and selecting "Desktop" in the top-right corner.
Confirm that you are subscribed to a Pro or Pro Max plan.*
Log out and log back in after any subscription changes to refresh your account settings.
