Request Parental Connection Approval from an Admin

Connect to your child by requesting approval from the team admin

If you are connecting to your child in a team where their profile is already set up, your parental connection request will need to be approved first.

In the case where the other parent/guardian is not able to approve your connection request, you can request the admin to approve it instead.

Firstly choose to connect to your child. This will send a request to the parent/guardian who is already connected to your child in the team. Instructions on how to connect to your child are here

If your request is still pending:

  1. Start in your You tab, where you will see that your connection request is pending approval from the other parent/guardian.

  2. Click the 3 dots to the right of the pending button and select request admin instead.

  3. The admin will then be able to approve the request in the Team tab > members. They should also receive a notification of your request.

If your request has been denied:

  1. Go to your You tab, where you will see that the child connected has been denied, you should also receive a notification of this.

  2. You will now see a button that says Request admin approval. Press this button to send the request to your admin.

  3. The admin will then be able to approve the request in the Team tab > members. They should also receive a notification of your request.
