Setting Up Your Parent Account on Heja: Connecting to your Child & Team

Follow these steps to add or connect to your child if you are a parent/guardian joining a team as a new user.

Joining a team for the first time as a parent? Follow these steps to set up your profile and connect to your child all in one go!

  1. On the Start page, select Join Team.

  2. Enter the team code shared with you.

  3. Select I'm a parent to a player.

  4. Create your account using Google, email, or Apple.

  5. Enter the verification code sent to your email.

  6. Next, connect to your child:

    1. If your child is listed, select their name and send a request. Their existing parent/guardian or team admin will need to approve it.

    2. If your child is not listed, select Not listed? Add child and add their details.

How connection approval works

If a child profile already exists, the existing connected parent/guardian, or admin must approve the request before the new connection is added.
