You can create rosters by setting up specific activities and selecting only the members you need for each role.
Here's an example of how to set up a parent volunteer roster:
1. Create activities for volunteer roles - Use the "+" icon in your Schedule tab to create activities like "Volunteer Duty - Week 1" or specific roles like "Equipment Setup"
2. Select specific parents - When creating the activity, click Invitations then choose Select to pick only the parents assigned to volunteer that week
3. Repeat weekly - Create separate activities for each week's roster, selecting different parent volunteers as needed
This way you can organize your schedule. Parents will receive invitations only when they're rostered to help, and you can track RSVPs to confirm volunteer attendance.
