How you update your payment details depends on where you purchased your Heja subscription — directly through Heja (Stripe), Apple, or Google Play.
You can check your payment platform by going to You › Manage Premium Plans in the app. The payment source will be listed underneath your subscription (e.g. “Paid through Apple/Stripe/Google”).
If you pay directly through Heja (Stripe)
Go to heja.io/pro and sign in with the email linked to your subscription.
Select Manage › Update Plan › Payment Method › Add Payment Method.
Add your new card details.
Go back to the Payment Method page, tap the three dots next to your new card, and choose Make Default.
To remove your old card, tap the three dots beside it and select Delete.
If you pay through Apple
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Select Payment & Shipping (you may need to sign in with your Apple ID).
Tap Add Payment Method to add a new card, or Edit to update an existing one.
Enter the new details and tap Done to save.
If you pay through Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Payments & subscriptions › Payment methods.
Tap More payment settings to open Google Pay (sign in if prompted).
Select Edit next to the card you want to update.
Make your changes and tap Update.
If your card is expired, tap Fix and enter your new details.
