Below instructions are applicable to both Plus and Pro and Pro Max subscriptions that are purchased through the Heja app. If you subscribed directly with Heja (Pro only), go to https://heja.io/pro and click Manage > Update Plan > Select Monthly/Yearly > Continue > review any price changes on the Confirm your Updates screen, and press Subscribe and Pay.
How to switch on Apple:
Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your home screen.
Access Account: Tap your name at the very top of the menu to open your Apple Account.
Go to Subscriptions: Tap the Subscriptions menu option.
Select Subscription: Tap on the active subscription you want to modify.
View Available Tiers: Tap See All Plans.
Switch Plan: Select the desired plan (you will see your current plan highlighted).
Confirm Purchase: Follow the onscreen instructions to confirm your upgrade or downgrade
How to switch on Android:
Open the Google Play Store app and ensure you are signed in with the correct Google Account.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
Locate and select the subscription you want to change.
Tap Change plan, then choose your preferred tier or billing cycle.
Confirm the change and authorise payment if prompted
