Desktop Access Details: If your team is subscribed to Heja Pro or Pro Max, all members have access to the desktop (web) app, enabling seamless team management features. Teams on the Heja Plus plan, however, are restricted to mobile app features only and do not have web access.
Troubleshooting Steps for Pro Users
If you're a Pro user but cannot see your teams on the desktop version, consider the following steps:
1. Ensure proper desktop access by logging into Heja and selecting "Desktop" in the top-right corner.
2. Confirm that you are subscribed to a Pro or Pro Max plan.*
3. Log out and log back in after any subscription changes to refresh your account settings.
