If the team no longer exists or team members have moved on, the Admin is able to delete an entire team. Here's how:
First, the Admin should start in the π‘ Team tab
Then, select Settings (next to the Fees tab)
Scroll to the bottom of this page and choose Delete Team
Ensure the subscription linked to the team is canceled or has expired before proceeding with team deletion.
Once you delete a team, this action cannot be undone. Everyone who is part of this team will no longer be able to access this team.
Note: When a team has Pro, deleting it requires first canceling or removing the subscription. After the subscription has been canceled, wait until it expires, or ask our team to help expire it manually. Once expired, proceed with deleting the team. If you encounter any issues, you may reach out to the Heja support team for further assistance.
