iOS

  1. Make sure your notifications are on in Heja
    - Start at the team tab > Profile
    - Notifications should say "Your notifications are on"

    - Try turning the toggle off then back on again

  2. Next, click Send test notification at the bottom of your notification settings

  3. Make sure your permissions to receive notifications are on
    - Go to your phone settings > Notifications > Heja
    - Everything should be on.

  1. Make sure your notifications are on in Heja
    - Start at the team tab > Profile
    - Notifications should say "Your notifications are on"

  2. Next, click Send test notification at the bottom of your notification settings

  3. Make sure your permissions to receive notifications are on.
    - Go to your phone settings > Notifications > Heja
    - Notifications should be allowed and nothing should be blocked.
