Having trouble with a payment not reflecting in your team's bank account? Here's what you need to know:


For the first payout, it can take up to 7 business days for funds to transfer to your bank account. This allows Stripe, our payment provider, to verify your account and bank details.

After the initial setup, subsequent payouts will occur every Tuesday and may take up to 2 business days to transfer smoothly.

Stripe works with a 7 day payment delay. Which means

  1. Once the fee is paid by the team member, stripe will receive it.

  2. Then stripe will hold that fee for 7 days, before releasing. It will then be included in the payout to your account on the Tuesday which follows that 7 day hold.

So payouts will always take a minimum of a week to reflect in your account.
