Having trouble with a payment not reflecting in your team's bank account? Here's what you need to know:


For the first payout, it can take up to 7 business days for funds to transfer to your bank account. This allows Stripe, our payment provider, to verify your account and bank details.

After the initial setup, subsequent payouts will occur every Tuesday and may take up to 2 business days to transfer smoothly.

We work with a secure payment provider and your safety is our priority.


​All payments and card details are kept safe by Stripe, which has a PCI license to be able to store this kind of sensitive information. You can read more about Stripe here.
