Polls are a feature on our Pro package 🤩 Poll creation is only available with the Pro subscription designed for entire teams, while users with a Plus subscription—meant for individuals like parents or players—do not have access to this feature. Teams can upgrade to the Pro plan through the Heja app settings to unlock polls.
Here's how to get the most out of our ✨newest feature✨
Admins can start in the Team tab
Select the pen icon in the corner
Choose the icon farthest to the right at the bottom of your screen (shown in the image below)
When you see 'New Poll' at the top of the page, you're in the right place 🎉
Enter a question & choose up to 10 options for the team to select from, and ADD the poll for your team to see and engage with! Note: Polls cannot be created within team chats; always navigate to the Posts section to access this feature.
