Managing your Pro Subscription

A guide to managing your team's Pro or Pro Max subscription on the Stripe management platform

As a team or club admin who has a Pro or Pro Max subscription with us, you are able to manage your subscription here: https://heja.io/signin

To begin, you will be prompted to sign in, here you will need to enter the email that is linked to your Pro subscription. You can find this in your You tab > Edit Profile > Email on your Heja app.

In the management page there is a number of things you can do:

View your invoices & download receipts

Press Manage > in Current Plan > Scroll down to invoice history.

Here you can select the relevant invoice and then choose to download it. You can download the corresponding receipt if payment has been made.

Edit the amount of teams on your subscription

Scroll down to the add more team seats button, which is listed underneath All teams on the first page. Here you will be prompted to Update Plan, and then you can adjust the quantity on your current plan.

Decide which teams have Pro

Stay on the main page when you login, where you will see a list of the teams which you have on Pro and those which you don't

Here you will see how many teams you can have on the subscription in total. If you already have all the spots filled, you will first need to disconnect a team in order to add another team to the subscription, or follow the instructions above to add more.

You will see Add buttons beside those teams which are not on your Pro subscription.

If you are adding a team that is not listed here, you can scroll to the bottom of the list, where you will see a field which says add a team you are not connected to. Here you can enter the code and press find team.

Change your subscription payments to monthly or yearly

Press Manage > Update Plan > Select Monthly/Yearly > Continue > review any price changes on the Confirm your Updates screen, and press Subscribe and Pay

Change your payment method/billing

Press Manage > Update Plan > Payment Method > Add payment Method

Return to the Payment Method page, press the 3 buttons to the right of the new payment card and press Make Default

You can then press the 3 buttons to the right of the old card and delete it.

To change your billing address you can press Update Information underneath your current address

Change from Pro to Pro Max

Press Manage > Update Plan > Press Select underneath Team Pro Max or Team Pro > Continue > review any price changes on the Confirm your Updates screen, and press Subscribe and Pay

Cancel your subscription

Press Manage > Cancel Subscription.

You can also renew your cancelled subscription here


If you would like to;

  • Move your subscription from Apple or Android to Stripe;

  • Transfer the subscription to a different payer;

  • Change the type of business you have registered as for fee payouts, or;
