How do fundraising payouts work?

  1. When your fundraiser ends, all funds raised are pooled and ready to be paid out to your team admin.

  2. To receive the funds, a team admin must link a bank account.

  3. You'll see a status banner next to the fundraiser ended message in the app. This shows the current payout status. Action needed or Waiting for payout setup means the admin still needs to set up the payout. Once complete, the status will update to confirm the payout.

  4. Once the account is linked, the payout is processed within 48 hours and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Note: Only team admins can set up a payout account. If an account isn’t linked when the fundraiser ends, the admin will be prompted to do so.


How do I add a payout account as an admin?

Once the fundraiser ends, tap Set up payout account located in your fundraiser tab in the app and follow the steps to link your bank account.
