How do I start a fundraiser?
In the fundraising tab at the bottom of your screen, press the + in the top right corner.
Choose a fundraising cause as your title for the fundraiser
Pick which product to sell during the fundraiser
Select your start date, and the duration of the fundraiser
Input your fundraiser goal, and check your breakdown
Add your team photo to promote your fundraiser to supporters.
If you are an admin, you can choose to add your payout account details now, or later.
Press Create
How does the fundraiser work?
Once the fundraiser starts, team members will receive a link to their webshop in their fundraising tab that they can share to their supporters. Supporters use the link to purchase products, which ship directly to them, meaning no product inventory needs to be done by the team.
All sales count to the players individual goal, which contributes to the team goal.
After the fundraiser is up, the links will expire. The total amount which is owed will be paid out to the team admin. Learn about the payout process here
Are there shipping costs?
Yes, shipping costs apply to the buyer and vary by product. The exact amount will be shown at checkout, so they will know the cost upfront.
What percentage of sales does the team keep?
The amount your team earns depends on the product. You'll see the percentage for each item on the product page, and on the breakdown of your fundraiser goal in each
