It’s a hassle remembering who has paid, when and how much. We built this feature to keep better track of your team fees. Admins will see a 'Fees' tab once you've upgraded. Here's how to manage Fees in Heja:
The full feature (paying through Heja, not just tracking) is only available to paying subscribers and available in most countries.
Fee setup
Select the Fees tab (it may be hidden, so swipe left at the top your screen)
Create your first fee
Select your country
Add a Title (ex: End of Year Banquet) as well as any other details
Enter in the Amount per member, not the total
Include a Due date so everyone knows the deadline
When steps 1-5 are complete, select "Add" at the top
Payout settings
Go to Settings > Payout settings > enter your bank information
If you choose to wait to put a card on file, we'll send you a reminder once the first payment has been made
You can track if the individual has paid or not by looking next to their name
If payments are made through Heja, a service fee will be applied. This is payed by the person paying the fee. If payments are made outside of Heja, you as admin can manually mark that player's fee as paid.
When do payouts reach my bank account?
All the fees which were paid in the previous week will be pooled together. This amount will then be transferred to your bank account by Stripe. Payouts occur weekly on Tuesdays.
Fee notifications
When a fee is created the team members selected will receive a notification to pay the fee. They will receive an additional notification on the day the fee is due if it has not yet been paid.
Note
We do not offer refunds on team fees paid through Heja. Instead request the refund directly from the team admin, as the funds are directly paid to them via Heja.
